When I started delivering private basketball lessons, it was in my local neighborhood.
My initial success in securing clients was purely luck. I just happened to be in an affluent community, where kids loved basketball.
How did I finally figure this out? When I began offering private basketball lessons in less-affluent communities, my success was minimal. Although these areas had tons of kids, who loved to play basketball, their families were money challenged.
This lesson was learned the hard way. In determining whether an area is fertile ground for a basketball training academy, there must be demand (to play basketball) and means (to pay). Without both, you don’t have a business, you have a hobby.
In Sports Camp Blueprint, we show you how to identify fertile ground within your community.
