Finding basketball court locations

DOWNLOAD BASKETBALL CAMP BLUEPRINT

Step-by-step checklist for starting, marketing and running successful basketball camps.

On first thought, securing basketball court locations is a daunting task, as there “seems” to be very limited options.

Initially, we think of securing school or “well-established” gyms (with basketball goals) as the only options for offering private lessons, small group trainings and camps. Talking from experience, this was me!

As I was forced to become more and more creative, I realized there were additional “gym” options available.

Listed below are some “gym” alternative options, which may be used to offer basketball trainings:

1. Recreational center:
–  During off-hours, secure basketball goal, then deliver private or small group training sessions.

2. Public basketball court:
–  During off-hours, secure basketball goal, then deliver private, small group training sessions or
camps.

3. Home residence:
–  At your convenience, deliver private or small group training sessions.

4. Camper’s residence:
–  At your convenience, deliver private or small group training sessions.

5. Zoom:
–  At your convenience (at home residence), using Zoom, deliver virtual basketball camps.

Each “gym” alternative listed are options I’ve used and continue to use to this day! My belief is, if there’s a will, there’s a way. I’ll “NEVER” accept “THERE’S NO WAY”, as the answer to how to secure gyms. There’s always an answer!
